This is the Hooligan Windowpane Flat Cap in navy-off white from Brixton. It is a new take on Brixton's Hooligan style and features a crown in a soft special material made of a mix of wool and synthetic material and a snap at the front. There is a Brixton pin on the side of the hat and there is a satin lining for a comfortable fit.
