The Rachel Classic Vinyl Bucket Hat in black by Betmar is a great rain hat that is both fashionable and useful. The water repellant shell keeps the water out and the polarfleece lining prevents any warmth from escaping. On the back is a small Betmar logo attached and a string ending in a bow, which can be used to adjust the size. The brim is longer in the front and has polka dots on the underside.
