By working with their local community and according to demand, they can ensure that their production is ethical and can control the quality of the hats through every step of the process. By working exclusively with faux fur, Helen Moore select only the finest of materials. Each stage of the hat making process is worked on by two different departments, the machinists and the finishing team to ensure quality is kept to a perfect standard.
