Lots of my girl friends have complimented on where I brought it from.
So hopefully lots of new sales for you as the sun is now shining.

We would suggest the following method to shape the brim: use steam from an old fashion tea kettle or anything where you can get a good jet of steam going. Once the steam is going, hold the hat about six inches from the spout and let the steam roll over the brim. Do this for a couple of minutes to allow the steam to get into the felt. This process softens the material and should allow you to mould the brim to the shape you want.
We hope this helps!

You would need to start by folding the hat in half and trying to make as neat a crease as possible and smooth out the wrinkles like you would when folding a shirt. Once you have a neat crease, you begin from one side and start to roll horizontally from edge to edge. The final result should look like the photo on the page of the item.

The hat is great quality, far better than I expected for the price, and I have already had much use out of it on the sunny days we have had this year, and am hoping to take it on holiday with me soon.
The Village Hats website is a dream to use and I have already placed a second order for a hat for my husband. If I need another hat, this will be the only place to go.
Many thanks, and best wishes.
