My baseball cap arrived in the correct colour, unfortunately with large blemishes on the NY logo, I really regret having bought from this company. Returns are also not covered even though it is a poor quality product. I was excited to get this hat, but came home today to a disappointment.
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. We pick and pack our orders very carefully and it is rare that this sort of issue is missed.
Please note we do cover all return costs if a customer receives a damaged hat, you simply need to notify us by email.
