We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Village Hats. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product's purchase price.

UK: When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Village Hats. Exchanges within the UK are sent free with our standard delivery service.
Only new and unworn merchandise with the tags attached will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items returned with any stains (including make-up stains), washed or handled inappropriately will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Village Hats. We recommend returning your item with a tracked service to ensure it's safe arrival.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
We send exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded). If you require a new item quickly, we recommend placing a brand new order and returning the original item for a refund. Please note we can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour or size. If you would like to exchange with a different style, please return the original order for a refund and place a brand new order.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your item. You have 30 days to return any faulty or incorrect items.
If you now have an alternative shipping address for your exchange please provide these new details clearly with your returns form.
Please note, any discrepancies with wholesale orders must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Wholesale returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
International customers are recommended to use ReBound to return orders for an exchange or refund. This is a reliable and low cost service. Please select your country from the drop down menu above to confirm if this service is available in your region.
