German/English Customer Service Assistant
We plan to launch our German language .de website in the coming months and are looking for one full time Bi-lingual German/English speaking Customer Service Assistant to join our team with clear opportunities for advancement for the right individual.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone in both German and English. Receive inbound calls as well as pro-actively making outbound calls to customers. Resolving customer requests, questions and complaints. To maintain accurate administrative and IT records as directed. General translation work.
You will need to speak and write English and German fluently. Have good understanding of computers and understand how to use Microsoft office products. You will need to be available to work a roster with potential weekend shifts included. You must be legally allowed to work in UK.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
Previous Customer Service experience would be good but not essential. References from your previous employers will be required.
