Exchanges & Returns
During the Christmas Season, you have until the 31st of January, 2016 to return or exchange any purchase from Village Hats. Have a great holiday!
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Village Hats. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product's purchase price.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 21 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that arrives after the 21 day period will only be eligible for an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We ship exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).
When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Village Hats. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Village Hats. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Village Hats will cover any additional postage costs incurred.
International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original). We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.
Please repack merchandise in the original shipping carton (or of the equivalent quality) and ship to the following address:
For your convenience, we include a sticky label on your order form with our address.
Fill in the form on the back of your order form and send it back with the package. We will then return or exchange as requested. If you now have an alternative shipping address please provide these new details clearly with the hat and include with the package.
Please note, multiple order returns and wholesale orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
