Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Village Hats. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product's purchase price.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that arrives after the 30 day period will only be eligible for an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We ship exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).
When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Village Hats. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Village Hats. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Village Hats will cover any additional postage costs incurred.
International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original). We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.
Please repack merchandise in the original shipping carton (or of the equivalent quality) and ship to the following address:
For your convenience, we include a sticky label on your order form with our address. We suggest using a tracked service to ensure that your parcel reaches us.
Fill in the form on the back of your order form and send it back with the package. We will then return or exchange as requested. If you now have an alternative shipping address, please provide these new details clearly and include with the hat.
Please note, multiple order returns and wholesale orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

**Customers in Denmark, France, Germany and Ireland are recommended to use ReBound to return orders for exchange or refund. This is a reliable and low cost service.
Step 1: Fill out the returns form provided on the back of your invoice. Specify whether you are returning for an exchange or refund. If returning for an exchange, please ensure you tick the box at the bottom of slip, confirming you accept the re-shipping fees.
Step 2: Repack the merchandise in the original packaging (or of the equivalent quality).
Step 3: Go to ReBound Returns and follow the 4 steps provided to receive your rebounds returns label.
