Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Village Hats. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product's purchase price.

 

UK Returns

We have two options for our UK customers

Option 1: Use our ReBOUND return system

  1. Complete the returns form included in your parcel. Incomplete forms will be refunded. You can also download the form here: Returns Form.
  2. Go to our ReBOUND Returns website and follow the instructions to purchase and print out your return label. (Amazon / eBay : Please initiate the return process through the respective platform)
  3. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging or that of equivalent quality and send it back to Village Hats with the service you selected with ReBOUND.

Rebound returns are sent to Rebounds local hub first, where they are sorted and then forwarded to our warehouse. This procedure can generally take up to 8-10 working days. If you are based in the UK, your return label will cost you 5.10 GBP.

Option 2: Use a company of your choice

  1. Complete the returns form included in your parcel. Incomplete forms will be refunded. You can also download the form here: Returns Form.
  2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging or that of equivalent quality.
  3. Return to:

Notes for UK Customers: 

When returning items, you will be responsible for the return postage costs to Village Hats. Exchanges within the UK are sent free with our standard delivery service. We suggest using our ReBOUND returns system. We have negotiated a set price for all UK returns.

We send exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded). If you require a new item quickly, we recommend placing a brand-new order and returning the original item for a refund. Exchange requests are not guaranteed. If it is not possible to fulfill your exchange request, you will be issued a refund instead.

Please note we can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour or size. If you would like to exchange with a different style, please return the original order for a refund and place a brand-new order.

 

International Returns

  2. Go to our ReBOUND Returns website and follow the instructions to purchase and print out your return label (printer required).
  3. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging or that of equivalent quality and send it back to Village Hats with the service you selected with ReBOUND.

Option 2: Use a company of your choice

Notes for international customers: 

International customers are responsible for all shipping and return costs.

We are currently only able to process exchanges for orders within the UK. If your original order was shipped outside the UK and you would like an exchange, we recommend making a brand-new order and returning the original item for a refund.


Additional information:

Only new and unworn merchandise with the tags and stickers attached will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items returned with any stains (including make-up stains), washed or handled inappropriately will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Village Hats. We recommend returning your item with a tracked service to ensure its safe arrival.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please allow a further 6 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your item. You have 30 days to return any faulty or incorrect items.

If you now have an alternative shipping address for your exchange, please provide these new details clearly with your returns form.

Please note, any discrepancies with wholesale orders must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Wholesale returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

International customers are recommended to use ReBound to return orders for an exchange or refund. This is a reliable and low-cost service. If you do not wish to use ReBound or if this service is not available in your region, we recommend sending your returns to us with your National Post Service (tracked) at the following address: Village Hats, 10i Osram Road, East Lane Business Park, Wembley, HA9 7NG, United Kingdom.
